RACHED REAL ESTATE & MAURICE RACHED TRAVEL & TOURISM

We started our Real Estate activities in 1983/ when Lands /apartments / Villas/ Chalets/offices /shops/ warehouses mainly in North Lebanon area ,widely sold mostly to young Lebanese Emigrants investors who are so attached to their country Lebanon.

In North Lebanon :

In fact, 95 % of properties ( mainly the lands) bought between 1983 & 1996 and frozen until 2014 as long term investments, have raised in value between 50 to 300 % ..

Lands' prices could sometimes easily quadruple within 6 months time.

Other investors who chose to build recreational resorts / apartments/Shops & Offices were making a high profit ( min 150 % net profit ) within three years time (enough time to sell any construction project).

Many important Lebanese Banks have played a positive role by facilitating large loans mainly to Government and army staff & other serious Buyers & charging very low interests and giving a long period of time - up to 30 years for total loan settlement. In this case, the buyer is paying monthly less than rental expense.

Actually buyers demands ( mostly the young generation) are focusing on small Area apartment starting from 60 sq meters up to 80 sq meters. So we advise all contractors building in the large cities to concentrate on small size apartments, as they are easier to be bought on a small loan basis.

The selling price of apartments in Koura North Lebanon country side is still ranging from 800,- USD per sq meter up to 1000.- USD per sq meter, depending on medium or high quality materials and multi various locations and views.... But In Batroun & Jbeil Lands prices are now so high as the apartments prices following the increase in lands Prices...

Moreover, in north Lebanon, long-term investments could be obtained in very large blocks ranging from 500.000.- sq m to 700.000.- sq m up to 2.000.000.- sq m. The aforementioned can be bought for less then 10 Usd per sq m. except fro Batroun, Bcharre, Zgharta and Koura areas.

So my friends don't hesitate to catch the valuable fish before it disappear....

    Advertising In Lebanon

An advertising agency, often referred to as a creative agency, is a business dedicated to creating, planning, and handling advertising and sometimes other forms of promotion and marketing for its clients. An ad agency is generally independent from the client; it may be an internal department or agency that provides an outside point of view to the effort of selling the clients products or services, or an outside firm. An agency can also handle overall marketing and branding strategies promotions for its clients, which may include sales as well.
Typical ad agency clients include businesses and corporations,non-profit organizations and private agencies. Agencies may be hired to produce television commercials, radio commercials, online advertising, out-of-home advertising, mobile marketing, and AR advertising, as part of an advertising campaign.
Globalization of advertising originates in earlier days of the twentieth century. American advertising agencies began as the process of opening overseas offices before the two World Wars and accelerated their globalization throughout the latter part of the twentieth century.
McCann Erickson, an agency established in New York City in 1902, opened its first European offices by 1927. It was followed up with offices opening in South America in 1935 and in Australia in 1959.
Companies such as J. Walter Thompson adopted a strategy to expand in order to provide the advertising services wherever clients operated.
In the 1960s and 1970s, English agencies began to realize the overseas opportunities associated with globalization. Expanding overseas gives potential to wider markets. Saatchi & Saatchi, perhaps one of the most iconic English agencies was founded in 1970 and rapidly developed a global network of offices on the back of relationships with clients such as British Airways and Toyota.
All advertising agencies are called that because they are acting as agents for their principals which were the media. They were then, and are now, paid by the media to sell advertising space to clients. Originally, in the 18th century, and the first half of the 19th, advertising agencies made all of their income from commissions paid by the media for selling space to the client
although it is still the case that the majority of their income comes from the media, in the middle of the 19th century, agencies began to offer additional services which they sold directly to the client. Services such as writing the text of the advertisement.

The economy of Lebanon is a developing economy, with a private sector that contributes to 75% of aggregate demand and a large banking sector that supports this demand. The IMF forecast a growth of 7% for Lebanons real GDP in 2010 and 2011 following 9% growth in 2009 and 8.5% in 2008. It has the 54th richest GDP per capita in the world, and it was forecasted that Lebanons GDP per capita would reach $20,000 by 2015, making it one of the strongest economies in the region. However, the Lebanese economy was badly affected by the Syrian civil war. The institute of international finance forecasted GDP growth of only 0.7% for 2013. Lebanon also suffers from a very high degree of public debt, the third-highest in the world in terms of the ratio of debt-to-GDP. As a consequence, interest payments consumed 48% of government revenues in 2016, thus limiting the government’s ability to make needed investments in infrastructure and other public goods.

The major industrial sectors include metal products, banking, agriculture, chemicals, and transport equipment. Lebanon has a competitive and free market regime and a strong laissez-faire commercial tradition. The Lebanese economy is service-oriented; main growth sectors include banking and tourism. There are no restrictions on foreign exchange or capital movement.

The Lebanese economy revolves around Agriculture, Tourism, Commerce, and Banking.

Beirut the capital city of Lebanon has a very rich and robust nightlife hence attracting tourists who are heading towards the Middle East on vacation. Lebanon is famous for its exquisite beauty, diversity, glamour, European flavor, and hospitable people. Its rich culture and history have placed it on the 'must see' list of every world traveler. Lebanese cities are among the most famous names in ancient history and majestic ruins still stand today as a testimony to the greatness of people who lived in this land.
The nature of Lebanon makes it the only country in the Arab world that embraces four seasons yearly. No matter what the season, there is always something special to enjoy. In the winter season, ski resorts offer tourists slopes that are comparable to even the best resorts in Europe. In the summer, international festivals all over the country in Baalbek, Byblos, Beiteddine, Batroun, and Jounieh bring together Lebanese and foreign artists to perform in stunning archaeological and historical sites.
